Check your spam/Promotions folder. Make sure you used the correct email address. You can request a new email from the sign-in or sign-up screen.
In the app: Profile → Data → Export my data. You'll get a JSON file you can save or share.

You can switch units anytime in Profile → Units. Your stored values never change.
