Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MetronLog account and all of your data directly in the app — no email request needed.

Steps

  1. Open the MetronLog app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (icon in the top-right of Home).
  3. Scroll to Danger zone.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Type your email to confirm, then tap Delete account.
Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, workouts, templates, nutrition entries, body measurements, prep data, and reminder preferences. This cannot be undone.

Want a copy first?

Before deleting, you can export everything via Profile → Data → Export my data.

If you can't sign in to delete your account yourself, email support@metronlog.com from your account's email address and we'll help.
